Process: Wet Hulled and Semi Washed
Altitude: 1000 - 1600m asl
A classic blend of wet hulled Northern Sumatran and semi washed processed Southern Brazilian coffees. The Sumatran coffees give the blend the deep chocolate bass notes and heady tropical fruit notes that bursts through the milk, the syrupy texture and a wonderful crema in the espresso. The semi washed Brazilian bean gives the blend a bright citric snap and red fruit note that is present as a pure espresso or long black.
