Here you can see the coffees we have fresh roasted and in stock.
They are listed with the freshest first.
We don't keep beans longer than a week and recommend drinking within two weeks of roasting.
We're roasting three times a week at the moment and beans are rarely older than four days.
The fresher the better for coffee for use in filter/cafetiere.
We recommend at least a couple of days after roasting before using the coffee in an espresso machine.
For best results bed down for a week before making espresso.
