Description
The Artisan Roast Espresso House Blend is made from Jansoon beans from Sumatra, Indonesia and Minais Gerais beans from Brazil.
The espresso blend is not available ground. This is because of the huge variation in espresso machines, which all require their own size of grounds and the fast time that ground espresso coffee goes stale.
Tasting Notes
- Acidity: Low with a slight tang
- Body: Heavy and syrupy
- Sweetness: Golden syrup
- Chracteristics: Sumatran teak with figs and dark chocolate. This blend is developed for use as an espresso. The shot should come through at between 20-35 seconds between first drip and blonding.
